i seen the flip phone in person for myself. my boss has it. it looks WAY BETTER in person then it does in pictures. can't wait for mine. the responce time on the phone is very fast with the applications. graphics is nice and the designe of it was a smart way to go.
Out all the crap some of the stacker talk about T-Mobile, looks like they are the first us carrier to release on of the new Blackberry Devices. So some people needs to start taking back some words.......lol
Has anybody confirmed whether this is on the shelf in a brick and mortar T-mobile store yet?
Especially in the Houston, TX area.
as long as t-mobile has it on the internet i'm pretty sure that the stores will have them as well as the indirect dealers. Dont quote that to me though cause i wont be able to find out till 2mro when i go back to work.
I tried to upgrade my phone online to a flip to see what they would charge me but its not on the site yet. I will try again. Hopefully they wont charge an arm and a leg for the upgrade..... lol
Boo tmobile, I want the bold/storm. Me and flip phones don't get along too well, that's the whole reason I got a blackberry in the first place~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~
It's available as an upgrade if you call customer service. The price depends on your individual account and if you are eligible for an upgrade. I was not able to upgrade through the website either.
spoke with a rep earlier today(yes i know many don't know anything) and she told me it should be up and available for online upgrade in 1 to 2 days.
the reason i wanna upgrade online is because the just tack the price on to your monthly bill. with my account (don't know if this applies with all) if i upgrade on the phone or at the store i have to supply a credit card number.
that's all cool and everything except for the fact that i have an $153.00 credit on my bill and i'm trying to use that to pay for this phone.
i'll ride it out and wait. i've been due to upgrade for over 9 months now so 3 days to a week won't be that long

I actually upgraded over the phone and the cost will be applied to my bill. No credit card involved.
Question to TMo Reps: If I upgraded in May, which I did to get the 8120 (and paid $235 USD), when would I be eligible for even a partial upgrade to get the 8220? And what would the cost be? I really want this phone for the bigger keypad.
