Yes, RIM Internet Service Is Having Issues
Just posting this as an overall summary of all the posts that are popping up.
I have talked to a few people and the problem is on RIM's end. (Can't say who talked to because don't know what all they can say that is "On the record" and whats supposed to be "Off the record").
As of right now, if you have Opera Mini installed on your device, you should be able to use it for the time being with no problems.
As stated here on the board, it seems to be effecting all carriers.
Reported Effected Carriers:
TMobile
Cingular
Bell
Rogers
Telus
(any others feel free to list, but pretty sure its effecting most if not all of the carriers).
What is odd, is that some people are experiencing problems and others are not, so who knows.
Like I said, just getting posting this as an overall summary of all the posts that have been popping up.
Any verified information will be updated when it comes avaliable.
As some of you may remember, we all had this same issue about 3 months or so ago and it lasted about a day and a half, so we'll see about this time.

I was having the same issues this morning. I just popped by battery and its working normal.... For now!

Opera seems to work faster, and actually has pictures. I will try a battery pull.

Try service now. Seems to be back up. We will see if it's for good or if it goes back down again.

Yeah my BB was showing 'data connection refused' for a few hours yesterday. As long as my email and PINS work, then I am cool. I can browse at work

LOL. I am about to go into the middle of nowhere land. No offense to anyone who lives there. I need my BB Browser to work. I do not know if I will survive without it..... Please Berry Powers, let it work... let it work!

Yeah, on T-Mobile here. BB browser was slow last night, mostly didn't work at all. But Opera was still blazing fast.
Everything seems normal now.
Did this affect emails and PINs too? I didn't get any at all last night, but a bunch this morning.

I actually didn't notice anything until the evening of the 25th. It was horrible. Thanks N8DBB. I was at a lost to explain it.
