Re: Sales Reps for T-Mobile
Well as long as you are at corporate location it'll be great. That market is a very busy market. Right now it's hourly and commission, and of course that commission structure can and will change. the benefits are great, and so are the plans they take very good care of us. Can't go into to much detail but I've got 3 lines on my account with everything that you can imagine for features. It's sometimes hard to get in because we have a lot of people apply to work for us. You just have to kind of wait and see. There are so many things this company offers to it's employees and definately the best place to work

What exactly do you mean by "as long as you are at corporate location?" I just applied for a sales rep position at a retail store. Here in Miami they only offer retail sales rep and manager positions. Also they have a event representative which I also applied for.

Re: Sales Reps for T-Mobile
~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~just check t-mobile.com for store locators and you can apply for specific stores if you find a req number for it. Authorized dealers are typically bad news. Not all of them. Working for the corporate store you get all the special benefits and discounts. Working for an authorized dealer you don't. So there's a lot of differences.

Re: Sales Reps for T-Mobile
I applied for them too before for a corporate store. It took them forever to contact me lol. By the time they did call me I had another job already it would have been fun.

Re: Sales Reps for T-Mobile
Yeah, I have applied to every requisition number that said Miami, FL. It doesn't show requisition numbers for specific stores it just gives you general areas. The one store where I wanted to work wasn't hiring anyone. There are currently two corporate stores hiring but I mean I haven't received a call from anyone of them. One of the corporate stores is a kiosk in the middle of a big mall here in miami but what stinks is that there is another kiosk that is an authorized reseller. So two kiosks and one is corporate the other isnt. I only want to work for the corporate one but we shall see. Keeping fingers crossed!

I actually am the recruiting specialist as well as a store manager. I started 8 years ago as a sales rep, and moved my way up. I was managing the shops at willow bend location in dallas by age 22. This company has gotten better and better. Employee phones is the best out there, benefits through united healthcare are amoung the best and beat out some huge corps (hilton ,etc). Full med, dental, vision, life, add, all for approx 50 a month(covers me AND my wife). We have a new corporate perks website offering huge discounts to approx 400 vendors(phillips, circuit city, target, bcbg for women etc). The pay is on scale with most in the industry and commission is up to you're level of performance with annual performance reviews rendering pay increases, an approx 65% internal promotion rate for assistant managers and up.. Overall I must say I'm happy as a customer but elated as an employee..if you need in, I'm a recruiter for houston, tx. But t-mobile.com/jobs gets your profile online.
