Altiris Help Desk system...

Has anyone ever used the Altiris Help Desk ticketing system before? Is so, have you ever seen or heard of being able to view your Web Based tickets from your BB? It's a site that is behind your corporate firewall and it uses Windows authentication when you go to the site. I know it has to install some Java and Direct X "stuff" behind the scenes, so I'm thinking that's why I get the "Unknown Authentication Type" error on my BB 8703. Any Altiris users out there? Thanks Stackers!!

If it's 128bit encripted SSL it won'y work on BB. is the address http.. or https...?

Also, enable all your Java features within the browser options.

If you are browsing from a BES does that mean you're already authenticated into the network?

Thanks hayden!! I think you're right on with the encryption thing. I'll try OperaMini just to see.

data1025 - When you're behind the BES, you're authenticated to the network so to speak. But you still have to provide domain authentication ot this App. Thanks for the feedback guys!!!

JWH, did you ever find a solution to this problem? My workplace is looking into upgrading us to the new Curve from Nextel and I was hoping I could access the helpdesk from it.
