he has no right to sue. he screwed up and got caught, that's not the company's fault. it's common practice for many of those companies to send thank you cards for using their services. he just shouldn't have been so stupid to use a joint account to send flowers to his mistriss. dumb ***.

What about the privacy issues. Shouldn't they make sure that the address they send the thank you cards to is the one that the customer wants them to?

    Oh boy, thats a mess.

I send thank you letters to over 100 customers per month, and we are allowed to send to the address on the account. If the customer gets mad that we sent the letter to their address, oh well...

The woman should understand that they were in the middle of getting divorced and she has no right to be upset. The man should not sue the company for sending a thank you letter, but for sending receipts in his name to his wife.

I feel NO pity for the hubby only the wife...EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON...He got caught but than again, I'm sorry for the 1800flowers because they have NO right doing what they did in the 1st place...The transaction was done with hubby and 1800flowers and NOT wifey and 1800flowers.

Sorry to say it like this, but even though he's getting a divorce he will be getting some CA$H! (that moron!)
