    in the morning try a glass of orange juice and a bananna. Gives you as much energy as a Red Bull would and fills you up for a good 3-4 hours. Beer and soda=weight. Drink Ice Tea or water. JMO

    BTW starving yourself doesnt help. After a couple days your body just stores the fat from the little bit of food you eat because it doesnt know when it will get food again. You can eat just eat healthy.

    I'm not starving myself, just not eating anywhere near as much as i would normally!

    I think you might be right. Most people who know me wonder how I keep weight off when they see me eating all the time. My trick is a lot of small meals / snacks (carrots, an apple, etc...) and then a balanced dinner. That and running has made all the difference.

    Good Morning Daf, Up late again then?

    Not grumpy now, got a coffee, and lunch today will be veggies and chilli houmous. Looking forward to that!!!!!
