    I heard crack or speed will help you real quick to lose some weight in a jiffy. You may want to research about the side effects I would imagine before making your decision. lol j/k

    The Alli drug pooping thing just makes me giggle.
    I am curious how many people this actually happens to around the country on any given day.
    Maybe if it happens to enough people it will lessen the stereotype of pooping our pants and we
    can all join in the fun. All we need is somebody famous to crap themselves on live TV by mistake, a week later everyone will be doing it.

    Sorry for the childish comments, I couldn't resist. However, I worked on my feet for years. I even walked 4 miles a day on top of that. (2 miles to work, served in resataurant, walked 2 miles home).
    I also used to breakdance. I was a fit dude for my small frame. Now however, I drive everywhere, and after working on my butt in a call center for a year, and not staying as active, I now have a little gut and some other things that need toned up. My thing is I can't seem to find motivation or the time to work out. I know within a month or two of some good old fashioned working out and plenty of cardio, ie. jogging, I could be fit again. Add a dash of a change of diet to cut down on certain fatty foods, and I would be in tip top shape in a few months.

    I think you have to will yourself into any kind of regime and stick to it. What ever you decide, whether its, crack, Alli, hypnosis, or diet and excercise, good luck to you and may the force be with you.

    Agree, i used to stand all day in a kitchen, walked for miles, rode my bike in my spare time. But having had 2 years at a desk, i have neither the inclination nor the will to get of my lazy keister and do something about me ever growing gut! Is lipo the way out of it all??????????

    i have read sooooo many bad reports about Alli and I would never use it or suggest it. Usually I get all my suppliments from Bodybuilding.com

    May I suggest exercise wherever you can fit it in, even if it is a short walk at least
    3 days a week? If you build some muscle by some type of exercise, you will burn
    fat faster. Add this to a balanced diet and stay away from fast food and excessive
    carbs and sweets.
    Just my advice...used to be a fitness trainer and have never taken or recommended
    diet pills. I know it is easier said than done though for those with really busy schedules.

    Try HIIT high intensity interval training. Google HIIT for info. I did it on a exercise bike and it only takes 20 minutes a day and it really burns off the cals !!

    Combine this with a low cal diet and you will lose pounds very quickly.

    I did this for 3 weeks and lost 42 pounds !!

    Sweat, exercise, hard work, and dedication. All the pills are just a way to get your money.

    Which pill makes u lose wait by just sitting on the couch? If none do that, then pills dont work.
