I went to Guitar Center today to pic up a music stand, a new guitar stand, and a capo. The capo I got 5 years ago finally broke and I needed a new one. They went and charger me $17 for a new one!!! I told the guy "I remember when capos were 5 bucks!!!" That made me think of my mom telling me "it used to cost 35 cents to get into the movies! Now it's $7." She told me that when I was 13 and it made me think again "I remember when movie's were $7 to get in, now it's $10!"

For those of you no matter how old you are, think about today... right now right now... and think back to a time in your life when something didn't cost as much, or a TV show was on, or things were done differently... and finish this sentance, "I remember when___________"

I got my first pager. I had a pager that didn't even show the number of who was calling me. So I had to call the 20 or so people I gave the number too trying to find out who paged me. And I thought I was THE MAN !!!
