Who is yours, please tell
I like Gordon Ramsay! On Hell's Kitchen he seems like such an a$$ but if you watch Kitchen Nightmares he really has a big heart. He wants to help these people, he teaches them to cook, and he connects with them. There was an episode recently where he bought a wedding ring set for the owner of the restaurant to propose to his girlfriend, he had a priest come in and marry them that night, and he got a beautiful dress for the lady too. Don't anybody come out and say "its just a tv show, it's not real." Im not dumb, I know its not all real but I like to think it is. Dont burst my bubble! lol
"We either make ourselves miserable, or we make ourselves strong. The amount of work is the same."
No Gordon is like that. Years ago he quit one resturant to go to another and all the staff left with him. Thus he cannt be that bad to work for. He is hard during service but if you are short of cash for your rent he will help u out.
Anthony Bordain, with his show No Reservations!!! So free spirited, and teaches me that no matter where you are in the world, you can still find good food!
~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ Emeril. He helped me see that no matter how sophisticated the dish, it's all stuff I can understand and that every meal can be a great one if you put love into it. Because of him I've become a good cook and that got me my wife.
I am a huge fan of Gordan Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares. I prefer the BBC episodes to the Fox episodes. Fox trys too hard to inject extra drama, which I feel takes away from the underlying theme of actually helping the restaurant turn itself around. I have actually picked up a few cooking tips from his show as well.

This is becoming a Gordon Ramsey love fest. And yes I do love him as he has got me cooking and I am now quite a good cook. I really only get to see the UK shows here. And you don't need to inject any drama as he is drama. His passion for what he does is infectious
