    Weird problem...BES 3.6 with Exchange 2000

I just upgraded our Windows 2000 Domain to 2003 Active Directory. We are continuing to use our Exchange 2000 Server . The Blackberry's already on the system are working perfectly. However, I had to remove one and readd it and now it's stuck on the initializing. The BES pulls the device PIN but that's it.

Any recommendations (besides the obvious which is upgrade to 4.1)? =)

Problem solved. While waiting on hold for RIM tech support, I thought why not do what I always tell the users to do, REBOOT! I rebooted the BES service and when the server came back online, I was able to provision him.

Happy to report since I have created this thread, I have upgraded to Exchange 2007 SP1 and am now running BES 4.1.6.9. How did I live before with wireless sync?

I bet it was worth the 1000 to upgrade.
