    Warranty replacement and BES.

I'm having a new pearl sent to me from Verizon under warranty. My question is, do I need to get a hold of my IT department to have BES activated again? or is it as simple as entering my e-mail address/password? (I'm assuming the password is the same one I use to logon to the network at my workstation) -- The reason I'm asking is because when they activated my phone the first time, the IT guy took it from me for about 5 minutes and did everything, so I have no idea what password he used, etc.

Any information for as seamless as possible transfer would be most helpful

    Thanks!

Yes you will need the Enterprise Activation Password reset. It is a 1 time use password so the one you had previously will not work.
