    User stuck on BES, can not remove/2000 error emails every 10 minutes

    I need some help here, please.
    I have a user who has been on our BES forever.
    Yesterday I started getting alerts from the BES with the following:

    I have tried to remove the user from the BES, but the errors keep coming.
    I tried to trick the system by reactivating the user on a different blackberry, but no luck. Not only did the activation get stuck at 76%, but now I'm getting the errors 2 times each. (Roughly 2000 every 10 minutes)

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I think I had a error like that a year or so ago....I think what I had to do was delete the user from the BES and reboot the server. I then wiped the device just to make sure that things were ok on the device.

    I have deleted her from the BES.
    Wiped handheld.
    Rebooted BES
    But the errors still come up.
    I then tried to trick the bes and reactivated her on a different handheld, and it gets stuck at 76%.
    So I wiped that, then removed her from the BES, then rebooted again.
    And I'm still getting the errors.

    him....I just looked at my issue log and I had the same issue and by deleting the users from BES...rebooting and adding the user again it worked.

    How large is the users Mailbox ?

    How many Unread emails are in the Inbox ?

    I have seen cases where if the user has a ton of Unread emails in the Inbox this could cause an issue....that a very large Mailboxes.

    Might have to call RIM on this one.

    Ok really weird.
    I removed the user, rebooted and tried to activate her on another bb. (She's in NY, I'm in VA, so easier for me to play with the bb in hand)
    The activation got stuck at 76% for over an hour. I stopped it, removed her and wiped the bb again.
    Also tossed another reboot of the server in there for good measure.
    Next one failed again.
    So did the remove/wipe/reboot...
    But this time removed all pending data from all users as well :>

    My BES users are the best! They love to keep their BB's off and let thousands of emails sit. Oh well, gone now. *sniff* (Not like they will miss them.. though I'm thinking of now of disabling them) :>

    So I went to lunch.
    Came back and tried to reactive her again, with my test bb, and boom she is working now.
    God I hate Mondays
