Unable to see a specific user when trying to add them
This person was originally on the BES and receiving email from groupwise. For some reason it stopped synching and the user's email address was showing up as XXXX@XXXXX.com_disabled. This person was able to send and receive email normally using groupwise so I had them wipe the handheld and I deleted them off the BES. When I try and re-add this person they do not show up in my list of available people to add? Rim's technical support could not fix this. Has anyone seen this before?
Is the user stuck in pending delete?
