Text Messages to Outlook on BES

Wonder if anyone can shed any light on this.

I send out bulk SMS of about 120 in one go with the same message to inform staff of their next work shift.

I then get 120 or back over the next 24 hours to confirm or decline the work.

My 8100 inbox on then gets clogged and i have to go looking for new emails etc.
When I am next at my PC I log the YES and NO response and delete the texts one by one.

Is there anyway of moving texts on masse from my inbox into outlook or similar - I noticed my outlook has a sent text messages folder, but that may be a throw back to having a WM5.0 device (sorry to swear - never again)

Anyone got any ideas on how I could move/filter/delete these texts?

    thanks

Re: Text Messages to Outlook on BES

On the latest Pearl firmware you can go into messages > option > general settings and change the option "SMS and Email Inboxes" to "Seperate". This will at least place all SMS into a totally seperate inbox and remove them from the Messages folder. The firmware that has this option is 4.2.1.66 (Mine is from Telstra in Australia).
