    Smile Tasks in BES Logs?

I was wondering if anybody knew of anywhere within the BES logs that tasks show up. I have a user that has tasks that disappear and reappear many days later and we are trying to find what is going on with them. Is there anywhere in the log files that tasks will show up when added or deleted? Thanks in advance for any help.

    Re: Tasks in BES Logs?

The logs are in the SYNC file. All you need to do is open a task on your device, while you are in the task hold ALT and type V I E W

Once you enter this command it will tell you the Reference ID of the task

    e.g RefId: 1029527953.

In the SYNC log file you will find that reference number with u added to it

    e.g. [SYNC-DSession] UID Logging: U1029527953. [Gary Cutri:74, DS=GroupWise, DB=Tasks]

    I hope this helps.
