Swapped out a handheld and now getting Failed Forwarding Message
A have a user that just got a new Bold Handheld, he use to have a pearl. The pearl worked fine, emails were bing synced fine. The bold managed to do the enterprise activation wirelessley but it doesnt seem to be sending the forwared email messages. Under the users status on the BES is Says
Last Result: Failed forwarding message
I am not a BES guy but in a BIS environment I would say that the PIN was not updated on the system for the new device. Any chance that is your issue?
The pin number has updated on the BES
It could be a network issue, I would resend service books to the device then do a battery pull
