New member and this is my first post. Be gentle....
While looking throught the BES 4.1 management console, I have noticed that the IT Policy Status is different on a couple of my users. While most are correct and show a status of "Applied successfully", a few show a status of "Received" .
I'm just wondering what would be preventing these units from successfully applying the IS Policy?

1. Try resending the IT Policy from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server to your Blackberry device.
2. Connect your Blackberry device to the desktop manager of user's pc (remotely in need be) and run Intellisync.
3. Reboot the Blackberry by removing and replacing the battery.
