    BES 4.1.1 install problems

    Hello all,

I recently upgraded our BES 4.0.3 server to BES 4.1.1 All works fine but when I click in the BlackBerry Manager on the MDS services it says:

"There are errors in retrieving data from the server. Please refer to the log for more details."

I have the MDS icon in green and the BlackBerry Server in blue?? (See attachment).

All MDS and email seem to work fine from the devices???

    Any ideas?

    Cheers,

    Rob

    robbo007, Welcome to PinStack.

I'm not an expert on BES, so I can't help you. But besides welcoming you, I can bump this post up on the list.

In BlackBerry Manager, you cannot connect to BlackBerry MDS Services using Hypertext Transfer Protocol over Secure Sockets Layer (HTTPS)

Also I would upgrade to BES 4.1 Service Pack 2
