We have a BES for Domino server that was recently upgraded to 4.1.6 MR6 from 2.2

Everything seems to have gone OK but out of about 50 users there are about 7 that are affected with the issue of the device not keeping in sync with their desktop mail.

Examining the logs I see the effected users with one or both of the following errors

DecryptDecompress() failed

BBR Authentication failed

but we have tried removing the users and re-adding them, wiping the device, new devices, re-activating using USB, regenerating the key form the device

but the issues keeps coming back for these few users.

Any ideas?

Have you spoken to your lotus notes admin and had him check their user profile?
