    Re: software push time?

Generally with application pushes, they say 4 hours. Many times it's quicker, but if I'm sending an email to people to let them know how long to expect. I usually tell them up to 6 hours to give myself a buffer.

    Re: software push time?

The BlackBerry Policy Service handles all of this and it polls every 4 hours to see if software needs to be installed or upgraded. There is a registry hack to make is more or less but it is advisable not to adjust it in a produciton environment because it can make the Policy Service too busy.
