    Setting up new users

Has anyone found a way of sorting the address book entries used to create a new user into any meaningful order. At the moment they're sorted in surname order but within this it looks random.

Whilst the inclusion on the text line under the address window on the later releases of 4.0 helped as it displayed more information from the notes address book it's still means having to plough through long lists of surnames to find the correct item.

Can the address book be sorted into surname then forename order?

    We're running BES 4.1.SP2 HF1 on Domino 6.5.3

As far as I have seem you can only sort it surname, firstname or company. I have found no option to sort it by multiple options.
Maybe another user has found an add on that will allow this

I am using 4.1 for Exchange, and I can sort by any of the columns in the list. must be different for the Domino version.
