For the admins who have to reactivate users on BES...

The BlackBerry Enterprise Server administrator creates a temporary wireless activation password in BlackBerry Manager. The following procedure outlines the steps required for creating the temporary password.
    1. Log in to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
    2. Open BlackBerry Manager.
    3. Select the Server name from the left pane.
    4. Select the Users tab.
    5. Highlight the BlackBerry device user account to be activated from the upper-right pane.
    6. Expand the Service Access menu and select Set Activation Password.
    7. Set an activation password and expiry time, then click OK.
    8. Close BlackBerry Manager.
Have the user launch the "Enterprise Activation" option on thier BlackBerry and give them the password set above in step 6.

This is the procedure that I have always used with my BES. Thanks for the directions.

I suspect that Microsoft Access is nothing but Microsoft Excel with a VBScript wrapper.
