    Service Books (BES vs BIS)

    Hello everyone,

I was using BIS before - and had various applications working without issues. However, I switched my plan to BES, to a BES Express server I have at home. The one thing I'm having issues with is with my applications - things like YakOn! - can't connect. I suspect the correct service books are setup, is there a extra configuration I need to do on the BES level?

    Thanks,

    lieb39

Lieb, you may have to input your APN Settings. Here is what I found for Optus: http://www.pinstack.com/carrier_sett...n_gateway.html. Let us know if that solves the issue for you.

How many users do you have on the server? If you are the only one, what is that like? How much are you paying for that?

I am starting a small business and I am tthinking about using an exchange server if I can and I was wondering what you thought about it.

Sorry if I hijacked your thread.
