    Lightbulb service book not reaching...


    Hi guys,

    i am new to BES server and starting to face many obstacles.

    If resend service book to user (after getting user to delete certain service book)
    but user claim that service book does not appear back on the service book screen.

    What's the issue here ?

    anyone face this before ?

    appreciate all feedback

    Supposedly on the BlackBerry if you go to Options --> Security Options --> General Settings, and scroll down to Services, with Desktop[...] highlighted, Click the scroll wheel or Menu button (button to the LEFT of the trackball) and select Regenerate Encryption Key, all the Desktop[] service books should come down. In reality they don't, but perhaps the one(s) you're missing will.

    If all else fails, delete ALL Desktop[] service books, set an OTA Enterprise Activation Password, and re-activate.

    Alternatively, if Desktop Manager is configured for the target BlackBerry and has a WIRED connection to both the BES and the Mailbox, any missing Desktop[] Service Books will come down automatically.
