    same user on multiple BES

    Hi,

We are having regional setup with local BES and respetive local SQL databases.

We have some cases of user getting accidently(manual error) added on multiple BES in our enterprise. User will be up and running on BES and on other it will be just sitting consuming the license.

How do I stop this ? Earlier when we had BES 4.0 we used to get error message pop up saying that user is already added on other BES.

But since when we switched to 4.1,we don't see that functionality even if add the user ,who is already existing on some other BES in same domain. It just adds it,but when I check the eventlogs it says it is a part of two BES(which BES should have prompted me at the time of adding the user)

we are having exchange with BES 4.1

    Please advise.

In the BES Management Console, right click on the user and delete them. I would also check to ensure that the user(s) has only one existing profile on the corporate mail server.
