    Hi Guys
    Does anyone know about this? The key is:

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Agents]
    "AllowRepliesInHTML"=dword:00000001

    It's apparently for use with SP6, but I thought that allowed HTML replies by
    default?

    I've searched the web but can't find anything?

    Thanks

    well I just checked the reg on my bes server and I'm not seeing that Key.

    Manually added it so I'll run a few tests here in a second and see what I find.

    So I ran some test using the key and not using the key. I found that, at least my Bes server, automatically allows replies in HTML. When that key is placed in the registry I also found that it takes about 5 minutes before the bes server actually processes the email and sends it on it's marry way.

    In short I don't recommend using this key in your registry. I'll do some more digging this afternoon in my IT policy. I have a sneaking suspicion that I set the allow reply in HTML using that.
