Steps:
To repair a BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 4.0 or 4.1 installation, complete the following steps:
  1. Log in to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server with the BlackBerry Enterprise Server administration account.
  2. In the Microsoft Windows Control Panel, double-click Add or Remove Programs.
  3. Select BlackBerry Enterprise Server, click Support Information, and click Repair.
  4. When the repair process is complete, close the Control Panel.
