Remote Activation working or not
Just had a user take it upon himself to flash the BB with the latest ROM.
Says he can not connect to the BES. So I issued an activation password.
Sent via text the instruction etc.
I can see the BES is reporting contact with the device yet the user claims that he is not getting his mail and the BB is not syncing? The BES shows that messages are being forwarded.
So who is right? the BES or the User? Any clues?
Have you had him do a wipe and try to run through the activation again. There are times when the BES will say it is communicating but in reality it never really connected. I would remove him from the BES and readd them then have the user do a wipe and redo the enterprise activation.
Deleted the BES account
Just to follow up. I deleted his BES account and then re-added it.
I guess its a feature.
