I'm on bes and use outlook. I was wondering I am going for vacations so ill disable redirection for my emails as I don't want my phone to be using gprs all the time. Anyways the problem is when I enable the redirection I don't get the previous emails. Anyway I can get them also? I know if I turn of wireless and just use phone and then when I want to check emails I can just turn on gprs, but that doesn't solve my problem as I want the users from my firm to be able to contact me through the bb messenger

I work for a wireless carrier and I am ot sure HOW you would fix that! I'll check into it and if I find anything, I will let you know!

When you reenable redirection is the mail appearing in the approriate folder just not in your inbox?

    Re: redirection disabled

I do that everyday, disable incoming BES email on my BlackBerry. However -- when I re-enable it, I do not get any previous emails, even after performing "reconcile now". I am not sure if we can do that or not.

I would like to be able to retrieve all previous incoming emails when I re-enable the incoming BES email. Anyone??

BB Messenger still works after you disable incoming BES email anyway.

    Thanks!
