We have a BES 4.1.4 (SQL2k5) and after recently upgrading from 4.0.x we have had a number of problems. Devices losing all call logs, calendars not syncing, deletion's not syncing, and email redirection (without being set) just stopping.
The only fix we've been able to find that works is purging all data from the mailboxes and reloading them from scratch. One of the major problems is with Cisco Unity's messages (.wav's) syncing deletion after completed listening.
We did a cut over from our old MSDE database on 4.0 and at first it was very snappy but now seems to be slowed down.
Do you guys have any ideas?
