Past Calender Event Sync Issue
I have a Pearl user who was just activated and is not seeing their past appointments (past a month back) synchronized on phone even though they are visible in Outlook (exchange).
Have resent Service Book and reloaded the user. Email and tasks sync fine.
What could be the potential sync issue for events that happened past a month?
(we are using a BES)
I would try and do a calendar reset.
Calendar>menu button>options>general options>type RSET
What this will do is basically erase all your calendar items and reload them back up.
That should fix your problem.
there is a limit on the Calendar for initial sync during the EA.
I believe it's 30 days before the EA and a full year after.
Check your Calendar and see if that is what you have. If so, that's all you can do
