No PIN services
I can receive PIN messages, but when I try to reply I get an error message:
"No PIN services. You will only be able to Save Draft."
I also don't have Compose PIN message in my menu.
Is it possible that an IT Policy allows me to receive PIN messages, but not send them?
I followed these instructions, but nothing helped (KB02270).
go to Options>Advanced Options> Service Books and check for Desktop [CMIME] entry. Highlight it and "delete" it. Once its gone hit menu and "undelete"
this should re register the service book
