I have a new user I'm trying to setup their BB on BES. Their Inbox has > 750 emails but they want them all. How can I sync all emails without restrictions?

You can change the option up to 750 emails or 14 days(I believe). In BES 4.0 Blackberry Manager select properties of the server, then the Pre-Population tab. Under Message Pre-population you can change the days and messages.

Can you do any more? Or after its setup can you sync the whole folder?

I believe 750 emails/14 days is the limit. It might be more in the newer versions of BES but I am not 100% on that.

I know that I have gotten more than 750 messages (when I have activated/reactivated), but I have all folders sync'd - is that an option? Can you folder the messages into sub folders, sync those and then go from there to move them back? I'm not a BES guy, just thinking of a work-around.
