Meeting showing up as emails ...

HI:

I have a user that has a BB 7280 and the problem is that when he receives a meeting entry on his BB its showing up as an email so he does not get the option to ACcept, respond,decline....the meeting.
He will only get the option to reply or forward the "email" which should be a meeting entry, not an email...

If it's a 7280 the first thing to do is make sure it's running 4.0 or better.

Then, have the BES admin resend the service book to your Blackberry.

I'm not too familiar with BES, but on BIS or BWC you can not accept or decline. You can only get the e-mail message.

that right on BWC/BIS you can't accept. Only on BES you can create, send out and receive.

I know this thread is old, but I am having the same problem. 8800 with BES. Appears meetings are coming through as emails with no option to accept or decline. What settings need to be changed to fix this?
