    MDS and PAC files

    Hi all.

We are using a PAC file (like most people) to auto-configure IE6.
    It works perfectly in IE6.

This same PAC file is rejected by MDS and the MDS Simulator.
On both the log message is "Bad Auto Proxy Script".

RIM can't tell me how to tweak the file to fix this so I was hoping that someone here could give me a few tips on how to construct a PAC file so that it is "friendly" to MDS.

    Thanks.

    Craig.

    Re: MDS and PAC files

Interestingly the solution is to simply make sure the PAC file has a .pac extension.
Anything else causes the BES to "assume" it isn't a valid PAC file.
