    magt logs and "not queuing" status

    Hi, I'm working on a blackbrery that the user claims he was not receiving emails until he restarted the device. He was ecpecting queued emails form the the day before, but these didn't show. I checked the logs and noticed this:

    [40571] (11/26 06:39:37.078):{0x1B48} {user@domain.com} FindAndQueueNewMessageStatusUpdates - Duplicate Message Status Update sent to device for RefId=-3981#### with TransactionId=-98294####, not queuing

    Does anyone know if its related?

    I spoke with the telecom provider and it looks like the user had an account change at around the same time - so it looks like it was account related not bes related.
