I have a problem Im hoping someone here can help me with. I Want to do a couple things im unable to figure out how. Im comming over from the PPC world and i had a touch pro that did all the things I wanted great. so I turn to you all for some bb help.
1 sync my e-mail OTA with my work lotus e-mail. work has a BES but wont let me attach to it. I need to be able to reply and recieve new mail. I would like to ba able to look at older mail ive filed into folders.

2 sync with my personal home exhange e-mail system. Im running BlackBerry Professional Software 4.1 for Microsoft Exchange - 1 User on my home exchange 2003 server. Im attahched to it via enterprise activation. I get mail on it but I dont get older mail and folders. I see the folders there but no mail in them. am I doing something wrong? what do I need to change? and shouldnt i have a mail box for that e-mail address?
