    Junk E-Mail Folder Problem

    Hello,

    I am currently having problems with a user on my BES. The problem is that the Outlook Junk E-Mail folder is being sync’d with the blackberry’s inbox.

    Can any one help?

    On the BES, open the BB Manager, select the properties for the user, on the redirection tab, when you click on the "Choose Folders" button, you will see the Junk E-Mail folder along with other top level folders like Inbox & Sent Items. It may be slightly different on BES 4.1

    In BES 4.1.4
    Open BB Manager
    Navigate to the user
    Click on Service Access
    Click on "Choose Folders for Redirection"
    Click to remove check from "Junk E-Mail"
