    I'm in the process of deploying exchange - do I need to add my exchange users before installing BES?

    ..just out of curiousity - why? Typically the last thing you do is add users to exchange.. I'd prefer to get BES up and running (adding a test account just to make sure it works) before adding all of my exchange users.

    You don't need to add users to Exchange before you install BES but obviously they need to be added before they can be activated onto the BlackBerry server.
