Obi-Wan Kenobi says "Use the search Luke", and Yoda says "RTFM, you should"
Torch 9800 on BES 4.1.7 MR3, SQL 2005, Exch 03 with 250 hopeless users
When I uninstall and reinstall will I loose the settings and blackberries I have in BES?
Yes, you will have to reactivate those devices on the BES.
just create a BESadmin account is Active Dirctory and then loging and BESadmin to the BES server. Go to the Services and switch from Administrator to BESadmin to start the services.....go into BES Manager and configure everything with the Admin Account with the BESadmin account
I did a Service Pack upgrade on my BES one time as ADMIN and all the services started under the ADMIN account and my calanders didn't sync
