    Welcome to PinStack mullero.

    Really need more information as to what you have tried and how it worked. Have you completed the enterprise activation from your BB to the BES? Have you contacted your BES admin about this problem? Is is just your BB or do others on your BES experience it also?

    Let us know if there is anything else we can do to help with your BlackBerry.

    You should do is contact your company's IT department! Aside from being able to tell you whether or not your company even has a BES, they can also tell you if it's against your company's IT policy to access their email system through BIS!

    At my company, you can be fired for accessing the corporate email system through BIS!
