I downloaded Blackberry Enterprise Express (one user license) to experiment and found out that it is not that easy to set up. I'm just learning about Exchange, SQL, etc...for personal purposes...it's always good to learn new things. Anyhow, what I really wanted to know is how much control does having BES with MDS give you over a blackberry? What sorts of apps could you see installed, messages sent, other info...etc?

Any pointers some of you guys could give me? tutorials perhaps or even a walk thru of some sort?

BES almost give you total control of users and their devices, this is done via a IT Policy on the BES server. It is almost like Group Policy on Windows Server.
