Question I can send my BIS email but not my BES email

I am able to send email through my BIS account on my phone however I can not send an email as if it were coming from my corporate email. Is this possible to do and if so how?

This is all kinda new to me and I will probably have 4 or 5 threads started when I am done but I need to learn how to do all these different things as I will have only about 8 users on my BES express but they all have different wants, and would need different policies.

If you start a message and change the sent from address do your see the corporate email address? Did you do an enterprise activation?

I did do the activation, I think. I did it by plugging my handheld into the server and adding the device to the user. Should I do the activation again through the wireless?

When I go to send an email is shows my provider email and when I click to change options it just says desktop, is that some sort of profile associated with my phone?

MadCOw, Desktop should be your default email address associated with the BES.

Ok Im in the process of doing that now. Ill let you know how it goes.

I was under the impression that I would end up with two mail boxes one for the provider and one for the BES, did I misread that somewhere months ago when I first started looking into this?

After wireless activation. Same thing. There must be something I am missing on my BES Setup. Ideas?

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~It sounds like everything is fine. You will not have an icon for your bes account anyway. "Desktop" is your BES account, so try sending from it.
