I'm also on BES and when selecting "view folder" the Draft folder has not been available as long as I can remember. It may be because MS Exchange and Lotus servers only see emails that are processed and Drafts are saved on an employee's PC thus not pickup by the mail servers and as a result not seen or sync by BES.

I feel your pain. I guess over the past 4 years I've gotten use to the fact that I don't have that comfort. I'm sure if BlackBerry created a replacement for MS Exchange or Lotus that it will include this. Hopfully a plugin can help with current issue in future.

Searching google.com i found this. A semi-workaround may be at the end of this thread. The thread in itself also deals with Drafts not being able to sync via BES:

An annoying but simple solution to this issue, is to email yourself a copy of the drafts and store. Thus they are on your BB when you are ready for them. Just a thought

Sorry for the late responses. Sometimes posts get lost, lord knows we have the most traffic of any BB site on the web.

Seems though the answer is clear... anything else we can do for you?

@hayden, yes, in Notes, drafts are not replicated to the server. In Exchange, however, they are. I don't know whether you can see the Drafts folder from Exchange on a Blackberry, but I use a Windows Mobile device, and I can definitely see them there.

Maybe I'm wrong but I'm sure on BES 4.1 there's an option for folders somewhere within the Service Options (the bit on the right-hand-side when you select a user from the BES i.e. where you set the activation password, owner information etc).

I seem to remember you can tick which folders you want e.g. inbox, sent etc.

I'll check again when I'm back in the office.

From "redirector setting" on the DeskTop manager you can select the folders you want and click drafts
