    You mentioned in another post that you have 10mb of email space. That's with the Blackberry Web Client. You'd likely have BES if your blackberry was issued through the company you work for, if you signed up for hosted by via the net - which you didn't mention. Check out the BES and Web Client forums for explanations on both services.

    you can also goto : settings --> options --> security --> regenerate encryption key.

    Also under the services part of security it will show (NAME) [KEY] (AES)
    on BES
