Question HELP - Resending Messages to hand held

I have a user with a 8830 world ed device and he is missing the last 48 hours worth of messages and I need to resend all the messages he has in his mail box to his device, is this possible?

He is one of our higher authorities here, and I really need to find a solution. Thanks
    Thanks,
    Stephen,

Are you talking about from his Blackberry email or a web based client?

    His blackberry device.

What it is, is this: He lost email, that he had (on his device) for approximately a 30 hour period.

Just found out that his call log went blank also, around the same time period.

No BES changes were made during that time period.

Going to move this thread to the 8830 device forum, since it seems to be isolated now.
    Thanks,
    Stephen,
