I have currently 8 users that have 8700g and they cannot open attachments. We are currently using a BES and lotus notes. The error they received is "attachment server not found" So what needs to added to the BES server and where?

    Shawnvictor,

If you need step by step guides you could try downloading the BES admin guide and the trouble shooting guide from the Blackberry web site

If for any reason you have problems finding them drop me a PIN message and I will email them to you

I’ve not had a lot of experience with the attachment service other than changing size limits, my BES install worked straight out of the box

Sorry I cant be more help
