    Question Help: Cannot install SP6

    I'm currently on BES 4.1 SP4 with MR6.

I've been trying to upgrade to SP6 but everytime I try to run Setup.exe, the process will not start.

I get the following error entry in the event viewer:

    Event Type: Error
    Event Source: Application Error

I've tried running SP5 & SP6 upgrade and a full install version of SP6 as well, but with no luck.

    Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Can you trying installing on a new machine a copy the database over to the new install? Actually it maybe better to copy the db to the new machine and then install the latest version of BES
