    Hard Delete?

From what I have read hard delete will delete messages on both sides (outlook and handheld) in synch. What is the differnece between that and doing it on the handheld under the options -> email reconciliation -> delete from mailbox and handheld?

I've never even heard of that term before,
"hard delete," can you explain exactly what this is.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~its been my experiance that a [Shift Delete] or "Hard Delete" in Outlook while using a BES can often leave an orphaned message on the handheld. Reconciliation may not clear the message. Its got something to do with the BES not seeing the message in the Deleted folder.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~hard deletes will cause your handheld and outlook to fall out of sync. The BES needs to see the mail in the deleted items folder to delete the mail on your handheld.
