On your Blackberry open your mail.
    Hit the Menu Key
    Select Options
    Select Email Settings
    Hit the Menu Key
    Select Folder Redirection

From there you can expand your Inbox and select which folders you want to go to you BB. I have a help desk folder as well, but I only have it go to the BB when I'm on call.

When I get to folder redirection, it just shows an icon for desktop, and doesn't allow me to expand my inbox.

    1. Logon to your BES server.
    2. Start BlackBerry Manager.
    3. Look up your user and right click.
    4. Click on "Choose Folders for Redirection.
    5. Click the radio button "Redirect the following selected folders".
    6. Click "OK" to save.
    7. Folder should now be syncronised to the BlackBerry unit, this might take some time.

I went to email settings on my desktop manager and configured the folders from there, maybe not the best way, but it works for me.

Yes you can change the settings in Desktop Manager as well.

But you should have the options on the device as well
